Sam's Town Hotel and Casino is a Vegas landmark at Boulder Highway and Flamingo, six miles east of The Strip. This value-oriented casino hotel features accommodations built around a unique, extravagant, nine- story indoor atrium under a glass roof.
Guests will delight in the Old West townscape with 25,000 square feet of trees, waterfalls and animatronic animals. The Mystic Falls Indoor Park's live plants, waterfalls and trials in the atrium give the place a distinct "resort" atmosphere. The spectacular water-and-light show plays at various times during the afternoon and evening. Sam's Town offers complimentary shuttles to Fremont Street and the Strip, but its own casino is among the largest in town, offering a full range of table games, abundant slots, and a race and sports book. Live entertainment is offered on most nights at Roxy's lounge or at the 1,100-seat Sam's Town Live. What's more, families will enjoy the 56-lane, 24-hour bowling facility, 18-screen movie theatre and the outdoor pool. From several dining options, guests can enjoy the Zagat- award winning Billy Bob's Steakhouse and Saloon. Other offerings include the traditional Italian cuisine at Fellini's, cafe-style menus at the Fresh Harvest, and an international menu featuring rotisserie choices at the Firelight Buffet.
Guestrooms are built around the indoor atrium and keep up the Western decor by featuring faux-cowhide lamps and iron-framed mirrors. Attracting substantial repeat business, the newly remodeled guest rooms include amenities such as a cozy sitting area, writing desk and marble topped vanity.
