Las Vegas, Nev., was known for little more than tumbleweeds before the Stardust Resort and Casino was established at the north end of what is now the Strip. Today, guests arrive by air and fly into McCarran International Airport, five miles from the hotel. Conveniently situated, this venerable resort is within one mile of the Fashion Show Mall and Las Vegas Convention Center.
Around-the-clock gaming action in the 85,000-square-foot casino includes craps, roulette, pai gow, baccarat, blackjack race and sports book. Big bands jam in the Stardust Ballroom and award- winning entertainers perform nightly at this exciting resort. The tropical-garden pool complex includes two seasonal outdoor pools, one free form and the other rectangular to accommodates various swimming styles.
