Location.The Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nev., is one of Las Vegas' premier gaming venues. It is located two miles west of the Strip and five miles from McCarran International Airport and the Las Vegas Convention Center. It is seven miles from downtown Las Vegas.
Hotel Features. A multi-level garden pool complex with seasonal pools including a free-form pool and shallow pool bordered by white sand, is featured by this hotel . Sunning beds with 12-inch thick mattresses and a large spa tub are also available. A 20,000-square foot, three-story health spa offers body and facial treatments and includes a fitness center, a workout room for Pilates and candlelit yoga classes, steam rooms, saunas and indoor spas with plunge pools. Families with children can utilize the Kids Quest daycare center. Visitors can enjoy cocktails at Ghostbar, hovering 52 stories above the Strip's dazzling lights featuring a plexiglass dance floor through which the pool complex can be seen. The 95,000-square-foot casino supplies a full gamut of gaming options. The hotel also offers dining ranging from casual to ultra- elegant. New to The Palms is The Fantasy Tower boasting 347 rooms and suites. The 40-story hotel tower hosts more than 40 mega-suites and Sky Villas featuring one- of-kind amenities never before seen in Las Vegas. Other Fantasy Tower developments include the first Playboy Club to open in 25 years, the first-ever recording studio in a Las Vegas hotel-casino and a 2,400-seat concert venue.
Guestrooms. The Palms Casino Resort features contemporarily designed guestrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows. Beds are dressed in designer Italian linens, duvet covers and pillow-top mattresses and all guestrooms include high-speed Internet access.
Expert Tip. The Palms hosted MTV's The Real World Las Vegas series by demolishing six rooms and creating the "Real World Suite."
The resort pool is closed for renovation and is set to open on April 28, 2006.
Complimentary entry to Rain Nightclub
Guests of The Palms Casino Resort will each receive a complimentary pass to Rain, the hotel's on-site nightclub, upon check-in. This pass will waive the cover charge to get into the club, but is not a line pass.
